The Department of Computer Science was established in the year 2015, to equip the students as computer professionals. The Department offers a 3-year (6 Semester) UG programme in Computer Applications (BCA) .

The programme focuses on theoretical as well as practical aspects giving emphasis to application development. Department has well qualified and vibrant faculty dedicated for the betterment of the students. Most of the students passed are well placed or have opted for higher studies.

The department has maintained well-equipped computer laboratories with 86 computers with latest computer softwares. The laboratories are equipped with internet and intranet facility. The annual student intake of the department is 36. The department ensures that the programme objectives are met and learning outcomes are monitored through periodical tests and assignments.

Every year on an average, 25% of our students are getting placed in MNC through various campus recruitments.
